It's going to be SVENOMENAL! The musician, comedian and entertainer has made a name for himself on the German comedy scene in recent years. In his new program, he once again delights a wide audience with his friendly, charismatic stage presence. In SVENOMENAL, the urban village kid and dino boy Sven, to whom a true Disney princess has been lost, once again provides hearty laughs. And when the punchlines (sometimes spoken, sometimes sung) do occasionally skirt the waistline with a broad grin, they never threaten to fall below it.

On Friday, 25.10. the café stage of the rocknpopmuseum belongs to the Poetry Slam NewComer:innen. With their fresh lyrics, they step onto the boards that mean the world for the first time and finally give expression to their words and thoughts. A single text per act is sufficient for participation and the audience then chooses winners in the categories "Heart", "Humor" and "Depth". The "winner takes it all" principle does not apply, but rather thematic diversity is in the spotlight. It starts at 20:00 and is hosted by Marian Heuser alias Peter Panisch. On the last Sunday of every month, we team up with Volksbank Gronau-Ahaus eG to offer an exciting family afternoon filled with craft activities, lots of music, dancing and, of course, the lively fidget toy.

2010 pop-punk paired with influences from post-hardcore and emo, that's Kings and Hurricanes. Founded in 2020, the four guys around frontwoman Carina want to share their vision of pop punk and inspire the hearts of fans with their mix of a fresh, dynamic and diverse sound and personal lyrics. After releasing their two singles Let It Go and This Fall, their first EP Nice was released in March 2023, featuring classic pop-punk riffs à la Blink182 and Neck Deep.

An evening in honor of Kurt Cobain on the 30th anniversary of his death.
April 2024 marks the 30th anniversary of Kurt Cobain's death.
To mark this anniversary, the presenter and musicologist and sociologist Prof. Michael Custodis from the University of Münster will take a look at the "Nirvana phenomenon" and the musician Kurt Cobain from very different angles.
The audience will also have the opportunity to share their own experiences and associations with Nirvana and Kurt Cobain.
The evening will naturally be framed by Nirvana's music.

"Wir drehen auf" is the name of Kontrollverlust's latest album and, true to the motto "Nothing is too different, nothing is too daring", the guys have recorded a record full to the brim with anime songs.
