What happens when 17 million orange-colored climate refugees roll into Germany in their caravans in the left lane due to rising sea levels? Will the Germans then be prepared to take in the much-loved Dutch? Die orangene Gefahr - Die Holländer kommen is the first German-language performance by Dutch cabaret artist Patrick Nederkoorn. It is an amusing and acerbic examination of the idiosyncrasies of our two nations and the topic of migration in the context of climate change. The event is being held to accompany the special exhibition "Climate in Westphalia" by kult Westmünsterland of the Borken district in cooperation with the Gronau cultural office and the Euregio.

50 Years of Punk—the Turbine Music Club is celebrating with an extraordinary blend of theater, music, and performance. The highlight is a production by the Center for Film and Media Art in Wuppertal, which explores what remains of punk and why this attitude can still be relevant today. Three actresses engage with the audience to explore themes such as participation, attitude, and resistance. They are accompanied by a rickety drum set, a guitar, and a punk veteran who comments on the action from an old tube television. Loud, offbeat, and unconventional—true to the spirit of punk. Emotional growing pains, accusatory anger at life’s injustices, then reconciliation on a shoulder: little angels and little devils practice self-love as the sun sets. TYNA invites you on a whitewater ride of emotions! The sound of this Hamburg band is pop-oriented, hard-hitting, catchy, and danceable. It’s a modern take on rock, built on the foundation of drums, guitar, and bass—but with added elements that reflect the four members’ eclectic musical tastes. Above all, though, it’s punk—in attitude, honesty, and the joy of playing. In other words, everything that really matters! Änderungen vorbehalten.

After Miu opened the concert evening for Alphaville at the Gronau Jazz Festival in May, she is coming to our music club in October for her own club concert - intimate, close and full of atmosphere. Miu's music is retro-inspired soul pop, produced in a modern way and carried by a warm, unmistakable voice. Her songs tell of self-doubt, new beginnings and inner searching - honest, reflective and emotional. It is precisely this mixture that has earned her a loyal fan base and great recognition. Her music is present in many ways: in ARD Tatort productions, on Netflix or for brands such as Montblanc. Miu was also the first artist to play at the Elbphilharmonie - even before the official opening. She has supported Macy Gray, Gianna Nannini, Leon Bridges and Stefanie Heinzmann, among others, on stage. On this tour, Miu presents her latest album "Ten Times Around the Sun" - a personal, powerful work that unfolds its full intensity in club format. An evening for all those who love soul, pop and indie and prefer to discover extraordinary female artists live rather than later in retrospect. Änderungen vorbehalten.

"Butterfly and Wolf" program. Ronja Maltzahn – “She played the cello” when Udo Lindenberg awarded her the Panik Prize for German Newcomers. Ronja’s music is at home in the wide world. She bears the name of Astrid Lindgren’s robber’s daughter and lives entirely in accordance with this prophecy. “The world is so much bigger than you think.” On stage, Ronja dances her way from the cello to the ukulele to the synthesizer, with her beloved Fede by her side on bass, Moog, and drum machine. She recites poetry, tells stories, and behind her elfin presence, visual projections dance as seas of color and landscapes pass by. The new album “FLOW” (Wolf spelled backward) combines 12 songs with a picture book illustrated by Ukrainian artist Tanya (Tetiana SheWolf). For the new concert series, Tanya exhibits her paintings on large wooden canvases and takes the stage live; using brushes and paints, she creates a painting live on stage to the music. KENITRA is the story of a special friendship that turned into a band. In 2016, singer Taha Bouzaidi came to Germany from the Moroccan city of Kenitra to study medicine. In Münster, he met four musicians—and discovered not only his passion for music but also his extraordinary voice. Together, the five of them developed their very own sound, blending soul, West Coast rock, indie pop, and musical influences from Taha’s North African homeland. Joint sessions led to their first concerts, and what began as a solo project eventually evolved into a full-fledged band. In 2024, they decided to take the next step together—under the name KENITRA, named after Taha’s hometown. Today, the band has performed more than 100 concerts and captivates audiences with rousing live performances, emotional songs, and a distinctive blend of musical influences. What makes KENITRA special is the palpable bond between the five musicians—both on and off stage. Änderungen vorbehalten.

"Ein Tic Anders" is the name of Ben Schafmeister's first solo program, with which he has been touring Germany since 2026. The title says it all: Ben has Tourette's syndrome - and he turns it into comedy that is not only funny, but also disarmingly honest. Because what is actually normal? And how much of it do we really need? His show is not classic stand-up, but entertainment: self-written songs, stand-up, improv, visual presentations and audience interaction - all combined in a unique mix that captivates his audience from the first to the last minute. Whether absurd stories from the life of an artist, the peculiarities of Generation Z or the pitfalls of growing up - Ben hits the nerve of the times and delivers an evening full of energy, charm and unforgettable moments.
