The Boysox
Deeply rooted in the eighties – melodies on wide sound carpets – indie and waverock from their own pen. There’s a very simple reason why the band from Lingen in Emsland always sounds a bit like the eighties: three of today’s four band members started out as a band in 1982. The big bands of the indie genre of the time left their mark on the Boysox: U2, Simple Minds, The Cure and New Order can be heard again and again. Today, over 35 years after their formation, the Boysox are still playing together; still almost in their original line-up and they still sound like the eighties. Subject to change without notice.
