MAFFAY SHOW BAND - ROCKING, GRANDIOSE & UNFORGETTABLE!
Experience the professional tribute show with the greatest hits from the “PETER MAFFAY” era The tribute band with frontman Steven, sing and play MAFFAY so authentically that it sounds as if the master himself is on stage. They can proudly claim to be one of the few cover bands to have shared not only time but also the stage with their idol.
The musicians from the Erzgebirge are so good that they have already played on behalf of PETER MAFFAY themselves and have even played together with the star on several occasions.
The contact has now grown to such an extent that the MAFFAY SHOW BAND were allowed to record their own album in Maffay's recording studio.
The musicians have also been supporting Fundaţia Tabaluga in Romania for years.

Cultural events at various venues meet impressive light installations and color productions: these are the cornerstones of the "Nachteinblicke", which will take place for the sixth time on 7 March.
As in previous editions, you will once again experience an atmospheric color and cultural spectacle in 2026, involving a variety of local and regional artists. You can expect an exciting mix of music, theater and magic.
Seemingly familiar things appear in a completely new light in the dark of night when the spectacular light and color productions create an atmospheric and sometimes even mystical atmosphere. There are also hands-on activities, especially for younger visitors, as well as special guided tours that offer a completely new view of our city in the dark. You can move between the individual venues as the mood takes you or simply pause for a moment in the magical world of light art.

After the great success of the Udo Update 2023, 2024 and 2025, the musical reading by and with Hanspeter Dickel goes into the next round.
As a guest at most public and many internal events by and about Udo Lindenberg, the highlights from the Udoversum can be reported "first-hand". (End of 2023 to beginning of 2026) Of course in connection with photos, videos and powerful for the ear. So: texts and sounds - pictures and guests. A current review with a look into the future.

Crisp, snotty, cheeky, always to the point!
Eyes wide open. Youth spent on the highway. Over 600 concerts in Europe. Numerous respectable successes on festival stages. Various albums, samplers, EPs and music videos finally brought this band into ... Lockdown. Rest. Breathe. Then it took a few years to regroup.
In early 2025, someone put the four guys with instruments on a bus and sent them on tour with Kapelle Petra and the Alex Mofa Gang. This someone had a pretty lucky hand, because shortly after the first chord, the PEALS from Ibbenbüren turned the clubs into a huge steam boiler with their danceable and energetic guitar songs.

Gum Bucket are celebrating the release of their third studio album "Closer" with an album release concert on March 28, 2026 at Musikclub Turbine. The new album will be released on February 27, 2026 on all major streaming platforms and marks an important milestone in the band's history. Closer was created in 2025 during a conscious creative break and combines seven new, energetic songs with three newly remastered older tracks.
The band will be supported by their friends Bugs in a Trap from Gescher, who will open the evening.

A fidget never sits still...just dance along!
The fidget show to the popular children's songs by Frank & his friends promises lots of fun and movement. On the last Sunday of every month, we team up with Volksbank Gronau-Ahaus eG to offer an exciting family afternoon filled with craft activities, lots of music, dancing and, of course, the lively fidget toy.

Candy Girls - Sexism in the music industry.
Young women, their bodies and their marketing have always been at the center of the pop industry. In an analysis that is as angry as it is clever, author and journalist Sonja Eismann shows how deeply sexism and ageism are anchored in music, media and fan culture. She talks about the male gaze, sexualized song lyrics, sexist music journalism, abuse of power - but also about resistance, self-empowerment and feminist counter-designs by artists such as Taylor Swift, Beyoncé and Peaches. A stirring evening about pop, patriarchy and the possibility of loudly breaking through it.

Radio between mixtape and streaming. Two radio worlds meet in a special 90-minute talk format: Janina Ribeiro, presenter at 1 Live and representative of a new radio generation, meets Thomas Steinberg, a real radio voice from the very beginning.
Thomas Steinberg was a presenter at 1Live when a new chapter of radio was opened in 1995 - fresh, loud, close to the attitude to life of an entire generation. Today, he shapes the program of WDR 4 - and shares a biography that many listeners have in common with him.
Janina Ribeiro represents the perspective of a generation that has grown up with different listening habits today, but is curious about the stories and spirit of the early years. The dialog between past and present creates a vivid picture of what radio meant back then - and what it still means today.

Her musical roots lie deep in the blues, inspired by legends such as Rory Gallagher, Albert King and Stevie Ray Vaughan. At the same time, Vanja has the energy and attitude of rock: raw, honest and full of passion. With her distinctive voice and vintage sound, reminiscent of Joan Jett, she combines tradition and modernity in a unique way.

Bertram Engel is one of the most influential drummers in German rock history. He has been a musical companion to Udo Lindenberg and Peter Maffay for almost five decades. In his reading performance, Bertram Engel takes the audience behind the scenes of his extraordinary career. Based on his autobiography of the same name, he talks with humor, depth and great openness about legendary studio moments, creative friction, friendships and successes - straight from the horse's mouth. A personal, entertaining stage program with many stories about Udo and the Panikorchester - in keeping with the special exhibition "Udo L. lives in the hotel".
